Debra Jane (Parham) Sherman

Debra Jane Parham-Sherman was born Dec 8, 1956 as the 4th child to Herbert Sr & Ernestine Parham. 

She attended Fordyce High School and graduated in 1974. In 1977 she gave birth to her "baby" Tyson, & shortly after they moved to CA. After a short time living in Los Angeles, she returned to AR to be closer to her family & continue her career in banking.
In 1986, she gave birth to her "angel" Keenya.

After the bank sold, she returned to Fordyce & began working at the Jr High where she became a favorite to the staff & many of the students. Although she wasn't an educator, she touched the lives of many of the children that she encountered over the years.

In 1996 she was wed to Grant Sherman and they happily spent the rest of his life together. After the passing of her husband, she moved to Little Rock in 2000 and began her career at ABCBS. 
She was a faithful servant of the Lord and became a member of Second Baptist in Little Rock under the leadership of Pastor Kevin Kelly in 2011, and transferred membership to Fellowship Christian Church proudly becoming the Administrative Assistant of the church & serving on the Mother's Board.

She was extremely proud of her family & considered her brothers to be her best friends.

She was preceded in death by: father Herbert Sr, sister Cutelia, brothers Doyle Sr & Herbert Jr, and husband Grant Sherman.

Family hour Friday, December 9, 2022 6-7pm at the funeral home.  Funeral service Saturday, December 9, 2022 11:00am at Fellowship Christian Church8 923 Sunset Lane, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209.
