Keondra Shavette Washington was born January 21, 1982 to Valeria Washington (Franklin) and Eddie Talbot. Keondra was the eldest of three children. She departed this life on November 23, 2023 at the age of 41.
Keondra confessed Christ at an early age while attending Greater Fellowship Ministries under the leadership of Esau Watson Jr. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in Pine Bluff where she attended school.
Keondra graduated from Pine Bluff High School in the year of 2000. Many years later she moved to Little Rock where she resided at departure. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Pulaski Technical College, receiving an associate degree in Business Administration, with a 4.0 GPA. She then enrolled in the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (ULAR), where she finished one year before leaving due to hardship created by a house fire.
Keondra was employed by Amazon. Before then she worked for 5 years managing and assistant managing Dollar General Stores. She was a key employee for various employers. She worked for 4 years at Tyson Foods in Pine Bluff. In April of 2009, she founded Unique Clean Janitorial Service, becoming an entrepreneur. Keondra was also a beautician anointed by God. She specialized in quick weaves, sow ins and making wigs. She loved to cook, cater, and decorate. Keondra was full of knowledge and skillful at what she did. She was the CEO of “The Hook Up”, whatever you needed, she had the hook up!
She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Kaliah Bee of little Rock, two sons, D’arloBee and Edmond Battles Jr. both of Little Rock.She leaves one God daughter who she helped raised like her own, Desirea Kirklin of Pine Bluff. Her Father Eddie Talbot of Pine Bluff and MotherValeria Franklin of Sherwood. One brother Tamario (Starekeizzia) Washington of Benton. Two brothers precede her in after life, Marcus Washington and Eddie Talbot Jr. She also leaves Seven Aunts: Georgia Culclager of Texas, Samantha Harris of Little Rock, Elisa Daniels, Arniece Daniels, Carolyn Washington, Alfreda Talbot, Barbara (Greg)Thompson all of Pine Bluff. She leaves Seven Uncles: Darwin (Paula)Washington, Benny(Lise)Darrough, Wayne(Wilma) Foxx, Antonio (Shawan) Cole, Bobby Talbot all of Texas, Abraham Talbot of Pine Bluff and Glen Talbot of Maryland and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
