Nathaniel Harper Jr. was born on November 5, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan. He was the youngest son of
Nathaniel Harper Sr. and Suless Harper.
Nathan moved back to North Little Rock, AR in the 80’s. In 1989, he married the love of his life, Linda
Johnson. He gained 7 children who he loved and cared for as his own.
Nathan was preceded in death by his brothers, Billy Cooksey, Clarence Williams, and David Williams; his
sisters, Marilyn Cook and Deborah Jefferson.
Nathan is survived by and will be greatly missed by his wife, Linda Johnson-Harper; his seven children,
Crystal Noid Porter (Andre), Ricky Noid(Ivory), Lucille Johnson-Powell (Clarence), Carlo Noid(Tamara), Joseph Johnson (Katrice), Aunarae Johnson, and Aundre Johnson; his sisters, Betty Morris, Mae Frances Cooksey, Camille Jackson (Howard), Patricia Flukert, and Joyce Williams, nineteen grandchildren, and a
host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
