Sandra Betrice Blacksher 67 years of age peacefully departed the flesh Saturday, November 18, 2023, at UAMS hospital in Little Rock Arkansas
Sandra was born March 9, 1956, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She was the middle child of seven children. She graduated from the Agape School of World Evangelism in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1999.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Ruevell Barnes Sr. & Joy Hilliard, and her brother, Cedrick Barnes and sister, Armender Ruth Gentry. She is survived by her husband, Joe Blacksher, two brothers, Ruevell Barnes II and Anthony Faulkner, and two sisters, Rhonda Nooner and Paula Tidwell, one son Fredrick (Evonne) Mackey Sr. of Little Rock, one grandson, Fredrick Mackey, Jr. and one great-grandson Fredrick Mackey III, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Sandra Betrice Blacksher's soul will continue living on through her adoring family and friends. Sandra was a giving and lovable wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a very intelligent, strong and motivated woman.
We know that God is pleased to have one of his loving and generous angels back in His arms where she belongs. She will be sorely missed by those left behind on Earth.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for this appearing II Timothy 4: 7-8
